Inforoutière

Welcome to Inforoutière, the sole, official source of all the information you need to plan safe trips on Québec’s road network, whatever the season.

You can also contact Inforoutière to report incidents on the road network, obtain information on any topic related to any aspect of the ministère des Transports’ mandate, and make comments or submit complaints.

New Information to Plan Your Trips Better

Inforoutière now gives you access to a new section by Internet and by phone. Condition of the Road Network brings together in one place all information regarding specific incidents, road conditions and road work on the highway system. Waiting times at border crossings and the status of ferry services (in service or not) are also available.

On the Web, a new interactive map allows you to visualize the information you are seeking. It is also accessible in text format, presented by region or by highway or autoroute number. By telephone, the information is accessible by trip, by route or by specific access, such as a bridge, a border crossing or a ferry. In addition, in the case of requests concerning a given route, the system provides an estimate of the travelling distance.

This service is accessible on the Web or by telephone 24/7, from everywhere in North America.

Inforoutière has just one telephone number, 1 888 355-0511 or #0511 and one Web address: Inforoutiere.qc.ca.
